Here you will find online Counselling and Counselling Supervision that is based on skill development that will maintain your ethical standards and where you will receive support, understanding and learning in a confidential space. By gaining a greater insight into your own performance and skills we will collaboratively build new learning through evidence based practices, while also considering your self-care and resilience. Therefore empowering your growth, personally, professionally, and in your practice.

I've been a counsellor for over thirty years, and a supervisor for twenty of those years. I have always chosen to work in disadvantaged communities. My last 16 years have been in a Sexual Assault service where all the clients have Intellectual Disability. So my knowledge is based on client-centered, strength based, collaborative, trauma informed therapeutic practices. I like to use Narrative and Expressive Art techniques. I've developed and presented training and created therapeutic groups based on relationships and sexuality.

An initial introduction of 30-45 minutes is free,  then a 60-90 minute session with me, would be $96.80 including GST.

I chose Eighty-Eight Elephants as the symbolism has great meaning for me. Repeated eights are a Tibetan symbol of abundance, flow, renewal and continuity. While Elephants express wisdom strength, memory and community.
